DELIVERY POLICY

1. We will provide free shipping for local order. We will deliver the product(s) to you within one week after receipt of your order.
2. For oversea order, we will inform you the delivery and the expected arrival date by email once we dispatch the product (but no oversea delivery is available at the moment).

 

Shipping Terms:

1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. For Hong Kong delivery, we shall send product(s) by post or by local courier (the delivery location are limited to commercial and industrial areas, outside these areas, we shall quote the delivery cost based on the courier company's quotation). For other overseas regions, we shall send by air mail (but no oversea delivery is available at the moment). 
3. Delivery arrangement is from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). We do not take responsibilities for any delay caused by any payment problem. 
4. If delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate or undeliverable address provided by you, we will charge HKD100 as administrative fee for Hong Kong delivery and HKD100 plus actual shipping costs for overseas delivery. Once your order is accepted with product delivered, no change to this order is allowed.
5. We are not responsible nor liable for any delay or mis-delivery outside our control.
